Return and Exchange Policy:

- The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition at the time of purchase and sealed in the original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Kindly take a picture of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to arrange for a replacement in case the product is spoiled, has a specific defect, or is not usable as agreed upon.
- The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding the use of the products that we have not mentioned on the product page of our website.
- A deduction of 30 percent or a minimum of 25 dirhams will be made if the customer wants to return the product without any defect or significant issue mentioned.
